EXPRO Commercial Electric Meat Mixer(BJBJ-1000) Heavy Duty 1000 Liter Meat Mixer Machine

EXPRO 1000 Liter Heavy Duty Meat Mixer Machine is dual-shaft mixing, and it can not tip discharge because of the big volume.
Meat Mixer comprises dynamic and transmission system, hopper lid, mixing paddles components, mixing hoppers, electric cabinet, pneumatic components and rack etc. Meat Mixer Machine can be equipped with different kinds of paddles meet for different mixing requirements. It can mix all kinds of materials evenly because of special designed paddle and screws.
This machine can be not only used for meat processing industry but also for other food processing industries like chocolate,bean products, additive and etc.
Commercial Meat Mixer is equipped with time setting function for moving forward, backward or pauses. Nitrogen-filled and heating etc could also be added. According to customers’ requirements, it can be assembled with cooling structure to satisfy mixing processing of grinded meat. This machine is rationally designed with advantages of safety, high water-proof degree and convenient cleaning. The entire machine frame is constructed of solid stainless steel SUS304. The machine adopts famous European-branded electrical components.
